Marketing Coordinator (Healthcare)
Responsibilities: Assist the marketing team with developing key initiatives. Develop supporting materials, i.E., memos, letters, FAQs, key messages, talking points, articles, etc. Research and write original content or provide editorial support on developed content and partners with leaders, subject matter experts and legal on final approval and distribution. Oversee all phases of editorial review, brand adherence and implementation for electronic marketing materials, online platforms and social media, multimedia assets, news releases, internal and external communications, and other media as appropriate. Collaborate with communications teams to share relevant content for publication for online employee news, e-newsletters, and other electronic and interactive media.
Requirements: 3-5 years' experience in communications, editing, marketing, publications or journalism. Health plan and/or health care experience is preferred. High School Diploma or GED. Demonstrated skilled writer with excellent editing skills. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to use good judgement. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite. Must be able to clear a criminal background check.
