Legal Secretary - Direct Hire
Folsom, CA | Direct Hire Position
Responsibilities: Thoroughly proofread documents. Compose letters and draft memos. Assist with typing contracts and reports. Prepare documents: legal briefs, subpoenas. Maintain legal files. Schedule, coordinate and confirm court dates, appointments and meetings. Conduct research in legal matters. Maintain calendars and schedules. Arrange for filing of court documents.
Requirements: Paralegal Certificate Preferred. 2 years legal secretarial experience required. Strong organizational skills. Must have ability to prioritize multiple tasks of equal urgency with varying and/or conflicting deadlines. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Thorough knowledge of legal research skills and understanding of legal documents.
