Human Resources and Safety Manager - Direct Hire Position
Responsibilities: Responsible for managing the safety, environmental, security and health and wellness programs in accordance with OSHA, local, state and federal requirements. Administer company policies, procedures and programs related to employment, wage and salary/wage administration, orientation and training. Administer the compensation and benefits program for all employees. Maintain good employee relations and communication between workforce and the management team. Need to interact with all the production floor employees daily as it will be critical to developing effective employee relations. Interpret the collective bargaining agreement and manage the grievance process. Mentor and lead the Human Resources Administrator.
Requirements: Must have 5-10 years' Business Partner experience. Strong Communicationskills. Must have previous experience in the Manufacturing environment. Bachelor's degree in Business or related. Must have previous labor relations experience.
