Human Resources Specialist

Responsibilities: Manage Leave of Absences and Worker's Compensation. Assist with recruitment. Process employee verifications. Manage the Onboarding and Offboarding process. Prepare employee correspondence as necessary (jury duty letters, etc.). Maintain employee files. Provide strong internal customer service in a timely and efficient manner. Participate in and/or manage special projects as required.
Requirements: 2-5 years' experience supporting a Human Resources department. Must be a model of confidentiality, discretion and diplomacy. Ability to interact effectively with all departments at all levels. Must be proficient with MS Office. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Strong customer service orientation.
