Human Resources Onboarding Coordinator
Responsibilities: New Hire Orientation preparation. New Hire and Onboarding Orientation facilitation. Tracking pre-screening compliance (drug and background checks, etc.). Request for IT setup for new hires. Candidate reference checks. Data entry of employee information changes into HRIS system with accuracy. Scan/filing as needed. Assist in coordinating various employee recognition events throughout the year. Support HR Leadership with data research and employee issue resolution as needed. Assists with special projects as needed.
Requirements: 3 years' administrative Human Resources support experience. High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to present in front of large groups. Strong technical skills and computer savvy. Proficient with Microsoft Office; strong Excel skills required. Working knowledge of HRIS systems a plus. Self-motivated and team player. Ability to maintain confidentially at all times. Ability to use good judgement. Must be able to clear a criminal background check.
