Job Description

We have an exciting direct hire opportunity with an innovative and fast growing organization Roseville. Our client is seeking a strategic Human Resources Manager with strong recruiting and retention background as out client is expecting to hire and onboard quite a few employees within the next eight months. This position is directly responsible for overall administration and coordination of employee relations, recruiting, and ensures that all aspects of human resources functions are being met for employees.

Responsibilities: Plans, organizes and controls all activities of the department. Participates in developing department goals, objectives and systems. Implements and annually updates the job descriptions and will monitors the performance evaluation program. Develops, recommends and implements employee policies and procedures. Handles employee relations investigations, outplacement counseling and exit interviewing. Manages Worker's Compensation. Oversees recruitment efforts and payroll processes. Ensures compliance with all federal, state and local employment laws. Leads people related initiatives, such as training and development plans.

Requirements: 5+ years' experience in Human Resources. Bachelor's Degree preferred. Master's degree in human resource management desirable. SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential. Ability to work in a fast paced environment. Adept at strategic thinking and experience leading and managing high visibility projects. Exemplary interpersonal, written, organizational and communication skills. Disciplined, focused, detail oriented and dedication to constant improvement. Knowledge of State and Federal laws, rules and regulations pertaining to labor, benefits and compensation.
