Human Resources Manager-Direct Hire
Responsibilities: Manage daily operation of the Human Resource department. Partner with HR leaders and team members to manage department initiatives. Process LOAs in accordance with CA and Federal law. Manage staffing needs, including sourcing and interviewing. Coordinate Performance Management and Succession Planning programs. Ensure all HR initiatives and goals are met in accordance with corporate objectives. Manage employee relations, including conducting investigations as needed. Oversee compliance and develop/implement HR policies and best practices.
Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources/Business or equivalent experience. 5+ years of Human Resources Generalist experience required. Knowledge of Federal and CA State employment laws and other government compliance regulations required. Prior experience managing LOAs and Employee Relations preferred. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Proficient MS Office: (Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
