Human Resources Manager - Direct Hire
Sacramento, CA | Direct Hire Position
Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day operation of the Human Resource department. Partner with other HR leaders and team members to manage department initiatives. Process all types of LOAs in accordance with CA and Federal law. Manages staffing needs, including sourcing and interviewing. Coordinates Performance Management and Succession Planning programs. Ensures all HR initiatives and goals are met in accordance with Corporate objectives. Manages employee relations, including conducting investigations as needed.Assists with special projects and department/company events.
Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources/Business or equivalent experience. 7+ years of Human Resources Generalist experience required. Knowledge of Federal and CA State employment laws and other government compliance regulations required. Prior experience managing LOAs and Employee Relations preferred. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Proficient MS Office experience (Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
