Human Resources Generalist

Responsibilities: Assist with recruiting and onboarding new employees. Develop and roll out of exit interviews/terminations. Partner with community recruiting resources. Track completion of document sign offs. Create/edit job descriptions. Assist with general communication and HR related documents. Responsible for employee information updates in the HRIS system. Assist with HR training programs. Post positions and requisitions internally and to various job sites.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field. 2 years related experience in an HR Coordinator or HR Generalist role. Strong technical skills; experience working with HRIS. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Detailed-oriented. Strong critical thinking skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office.
