Human Resources Generalist
Responsibilities: General recruitment, sourcing, screening and interviewing for quality candidates. Process all new hire paperwork. Process payroll using Paycom Software. Benefits administration. Manage applicant tracking system; Data Entry. Post positions and requisitions internally and to various job sites. Set up and maintain HR filing system and run regular reports. Perform additional projects as assigned.
Requirements: 2 years' HR Generalist experience. Experienceusing Paycom Software, Inc. Required. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field preferred. Demonstrated benefits administration experience. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to use good judgement and strong critical thinking skills.
