Human Resources Generalist
Responsibilities: Facilitate timely resolution of all employee relations issues.Guide management on employee performance issues that may involve employee discipline, demotion, position elimination and/or severance and termination. Consult with business leaders to adapt and deploy corporate OD solutions, programs and tools. Train managers and employees on HR related subjects. Develop, Implement and Communicate Company policies and procedures. Assist employees with benefit-related questions and concerns. Manage Workers' Compensation claims program. Manage all LOA aspects. Develop, maintain and coordinate training programs for managers, supervisors and employees. Assist supervising managers in the development or revision of job descriptions. Participate in interviews for Open Position Recruitment. Process pre-employment background checks anddrug screens. Conduct New Employee orientation and coordinate on-boarding program.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business or related field. PHR or SPHR preferred. 5+ years HR experience. Proven employee relations and recruiting skills. Excellent oral and written communication and strong interpersonal skills required. Strong organizational skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office.
