Human Resources Generalist- Direct Hire
Responsibilities: Recruit and onboard new employees. Meet with the management team on regular basis to discuss recruiting needs. Partner with community recruiting resources.Maintain HRIS system with employee information and updates. Assist with workers compensation and safety related projects. Support HR training programs. Responsible for benefits administration. Perform HR projects as needed.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. Minimum 2 years of Human Resources experience with recruitment. Knowledge of Federal and State employment laws. Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. Proficient MS Office skills. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meetdeadlines. Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgement and analyze/resolve problems.
