Human Resources Generalist - Direct Hire

The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for performing and providing oversight in a variety of HR functions including performance management, HR systems, employee training, reporting and analytics, benefits, leaves of absences, exit interviews, employee relations and on-boarding of new employees.
Responsibilities: Leads and administers the performance management process across the firm and manages continuous improvement in the overall process and systems. Responsible for on-boarding, off-boarding, benefits/wellness administration, HRIS and performance management administration. Manages and maintains HRIS systemincluding design and updates to the system, reporting and data analytics. Manages and administers leaves of absences and workers compensation policies. Participates in exit interviews to provide additional analysis and input on trending retention analytics. Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations; existing and new legislation; anticipating legislation; enforcing adherence to the requirements; advising management on needed actions. Manages and updates Employee handbook/manual on an ongoing basis.
Requirements: PHR certification. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 5-7 years' experience supporting HR initiatives in an entrepreneurial environment. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment. Ability to adapt to change. Ideal candidate will be resourceful and appreciates working with highly intelligent and dynamic business leaders.
