Human Resources Generalist - Direct Hire
Livermore, CA | Direct Hire Position
Responsibilities: Drive recruiting and onboarding efforts for all non-exempt positions, to include utilizing creative methods to build candidate sources, create recruitment plans for all positions, conduct interviews, handle pre-employment processes, and new hire orientations. Maintain employee records in Human Resource Information System (HRIS), including new hires, transfers, terminations, job classification changes, and tracking paid time off, etc. Perform data entry. Assist with FMLA administration. Employee relations. Facilitate company-wide events. Company employee communication. Benefits administration. Records management. Handle unemployment claims. Payroll Processing.
Requirements: 4-7 years' experience as HR Generalist. Proficient with MS Excel. Knowledge of CA Labor Law required. Ability to travel between the 2 production plants.
