Human Resources Generalist - Direct Hire
Responsibilities: Manage complex and routine HR Generalist services for the organization. Accurately process employment records including new hires, terminations and personnel action forms. Work with management on recruitment initiatives, hiring top talent for open positions. Provide timely guidance and resolution on a variety of employee relation matters. Process and monitor workers' compensation claims and leaves of absence. Support various human resources initiatives, assist in the development, implementation and interpretation of company policies and procedures. Update employee information and maintain HRIS system. Support full cycle recruiting process. Administer benefit plans, including health insurance, COBRA and 403(b) Plan. Research, make recommendations and develop human resources policies and procedures.
Requirements: BA or equivalent in Human Resources management, public administration, psychology or similar field. 3-4 years' experience working in Human Resources; at least two years as a Generalist. HR certification preferred. Excellent verbal and written skills. Savvy people and relationship-building skills. Efficient and effective organizational skills. Knowledge of HR industry trends and employment legislation. Ability to manage confidential information.
