We are seeking an organized Human Resources Coordinator for a successful and innovative company in Folsom to provide administrative support to the general HR processes including file maintenance and data entry. This positionassists with benefits administration, policy implementation, assists hiring managers with recruitment, and employment law compliance. This is full-time, contract to hire position. Monday through Friday 8: 00 a.M. To 5: 00 p.M.

Responsibilities: Supports the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department. Manages Applicant Tracking system for all open positions. Administers health and welfare plans, including enrollments, changes and terminations. Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions. Completes and verifies Forms I-9, and maintains I-9 files. Conducts reference checks. Assists with the performancereview process. Coordinates the recruitment and interview process. Tracks status of candidates and responds with follow-up letters at the end of the recruiting process. Schedules meetings and interviews as requested by the HR leadership. Files documents into appropriate employee files. Assists or prepares correspondence as requested. Prepares new-employee files. Additional Duties, as assigned.

Requirements: 2 years' Administrative experience supporting an HR department. Bachelor's degree in human resources, business management or related field.Excellent verbal and written communication. Proficiency with Macintosh and Apple products and software. Strong sense of urgency and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbal. Strong organizational and time management skills. Self-motivated, willing to learn and show initiative.
