Human Resources Business Partner - Direct Hire
Responsibilities: Partner with leaders, team members, and other HR to provide leadership and focusedsupport in: employee engagement, coaching and performance management, resolution of issues, employee development and retention strategies and career development. Contribute to the business strategy by partnering with business leaders to identify, prioritize and build organizational capabilities. Partner with leaders to drive organizationalplanning and performance. Maintain knowledge of employment law. Coach Managers on employee relations documentation.
Requirements: 5+ years related human resources experience. Bachelor's degree. PHR/SPHR certification is a plus. Ability to design and execute HR programs that meet business needs. Excellent consulting and interpersonal skills. Strong conflict management skills. Knowledge of HR compliance and processes. Experience in a fast paced environment. Knowledge of Federal and CA state employment laws.
