Human Resources Business Partner - Direct Hire
Responsibilities: Partner with leaders to drive organizational planning and performance. Identify opportunities to maximize revenue, profit, client and employee experience. Review and analyze systems, processes, tools, resources and data for the purposes of improving business outcomes via cost savings, process improvements and compliance. Actively cultivate and promote high employee engagement. Initiate, plan and implement special projects and events, trainings and meetings. Research, recommend and draft policies, procedures and protocols. Provide leadership guidance and support for performance management and disciplinary actions. Offer individual training and coaching in HR practices and help managers around compliance including proper documentation, performance improvement plans and progressive discipline. Maintain knowledge of current employee law.
Requirements: 5 years of Human Resources Management/HRPB experience. Bachelor's Degree in Business/HR or related field. Demonstrated strategic and tactical oversight of HR activities. Excellent business acumen required. Highly organized, able to prioritize and apply critical thinking. Solid experience driving organizational development. Able to serve as a consultant to management in the planning and development of HR strategies to support the business needs. Exceptional employee relations skills. Positive and effective communication and problem solving skills.
