Human Resources Business Partner - Direct Hire
Sacramento, CA | Direct Hire Position
Responsibilities: Partner with Management to identify opportunities to maximize revenue, profit, client experience and employee experience. Review and analyze systems, processes, tools, resources and data for the purposes of improving business outcomes via cost savings, process improvements and compliance. Conduct complex internal investigation, analysis, and prepare related reports and make recommendations. Actively cultivate and promote high employee engagement. Initiate, plan and implement special projects and events, trainings and meetings. Research, recommend and draft policies, procedures and protocols. Establish and maintain current industry knowledge, HR compliance requirements and best practices. Provide leadership guidance and support for performance management and disciplinary actions.
Requirements: 3-5 years of HRBP experience. Bachelor's Degree in business/HR or related field. Excellent business acumen required. Strong ability to build rapport and relationships with all levels of employees. Experience driving organizational development. Working knowledge of CA employment laws. Highly organized, able to prioritize and applycritical thinking. Knowledge of Best Practices of performance management and disciplinary actions. Demonstrated experience in employee relations. Able to exercise good judgement, and remain calm and professional in stressful situations. Positive and effective communication and problem solving skills.
