Human Resources Business Partner - Direct Hire
Sacramento, CA | Direct Hire Position
Responsibilities: Provide employee relations support to employees and theleadership team. Provide training and development support for all levels of employees and the leadership team. Create processes for various HR and corporate initiatives. Responsible for performance management and employee engagement programs. Support recruiting efforts, including working with business leaders to anticipate staffing needs; manage the recruiting process and ensure a positive onboarding experience. Identify training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs. Manage leave of absence and benefits administration. Support team in key areas such as new hire orientation, onboarding/terminations.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent and a minimum of 7+ years of experience in a similar role. Strong HR Generalist experience. Experience managing employee relations for all levels of employees. Knowledge of California law, employee benefits, leave of absence administration, and workplace accommodations. Proficiency with Microsoft OfficePower Point, Word, and Excel.
