Human Resources Business Partner - Direct Hire
Sacramento, CA | Direct Hire Position
Responsibilities: Provide employee relations support to all theemployees. Create processes for various HR and corporate initiatives. Support team in key areas such as new hire orientation, onboarding/terminations. Manage and administer benefits. Responsible for performance management and employee engagement programs. Support recruiting efforts, including working with business leaders to anticipate staffing needs; manage the recruiting process and ensure a positive onboarding experience. Identify training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent and a minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar role. Experience managing employee relations for all levels of employees. Knowledge of California law, employee benefits, leave absence administration, and workplace accommodations. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Power Point, Word, and Excel. Experience with ADP WorkforceNow a plus.
