Human Resources Business Partner - Direct Hire
Orange County, CA | Direct Hire Position
Responsibilities: Partner and consult with management in identifying and creating solutions for recruiting, compensation setting, onboarding, employee development and succession planning. Contribute to the business strategy by partnering with business leaders to identify, prioritize and build organizational capabilities. Partner with leaders to drive organizational planning and performance. Maintain knowledge of employment law. Leverage the use of tools/knowledge/informational sources to identify business trends and ensure appropriate solutions are in place to support the business. Offer individual training and coaching in HR practices and help managers around compliance including proper documentation, performance improvement plans and progressive discipline.
Requirements: 5 years' experience in HR Business Partner role. Demonstrated strategic and tactical oversight of HR activities. Able to serve as a consultant to management in the planning and development of HR strategies to support the business needs. Expertise in adapting HR best practices and employment law compliance to specific business situations. Solid presentation skills and high comfort level communicating withmultiple levels within the company. Outstanding ability to listen and draw keen insights into human resource issues. Excellent interpersonal qualities that integrate into a team environment. Effective communication skills both verbally and in writing. Solution and results oriented approach to all situations.
