Human Resources Assistant
Sacramento, CA | Temporary Position
Responsibilities: Front Desk Receptionist and first point of contact handling the main HR line only.Assist with employee of the month program. Main point of contact for calendaring conference room. Create badges. Distribution of business/appointment cards. Assist with audits. Perform clerical duties such as scanning, filing etc. Other HR tasks as assigned.
Requirements: 1-2 years' experience supporting Human Resources or similar field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Professional demeanor. Self-motivated and team player. Able to work in a fast paced environment with shifting priorities. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office. Ability to maintain confidentially at all times. Ability to use good judgement. Must be able to clear a criminal background check.
