Human Resources Assistant - Direct Hire
Responsibilities: Process data entry into various HRIS systems accurately and quickly. Scanemployee documentation into digital storage. Respond to employee record release. Assist in coordinating various employee recognition events throughout the year. Support HR Leadership with data research and employee issue resolution as needed. Work with appropriate departments to print, activate, terminate, and audit badge cards and badge access. Assist with special projects as needed.
Requirements: 2 years' administrative experience; experience in HR department a plus. High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office; strong Excel skillsrequired. Working knowledge of HRIS systems a plus. Self-motivated and team player. Ability to maintain confidentially at all times. Ability to use good judgement and clear a criminal background check.
