Human Resources Analyst
Responsibilities: Provides HR analytics and reporting services, typically focusing on standard and basic/less complex analytics. Contributes to HR reporting administration by tracking requests and completed reports to enable analysis of team report volume and to avoid redundant report development. Measures and analyzes performance against targets and benchmark data per the process defined by HR. Extracts data from multiple HR applications or sources to generate standard and basic ad-hoc reports. Schedules recurring reportsand notifies the customer that the report has been scheduled. Reviews multiple audit/exception reports on a biweekly basis to track and follow up on discrepancies, and ensure data integrity. Works with HRIS as needed to understand HRIS design standards. Extracts employee data, providing information to third-party vendor for administration of HR related programs. Contributes ideas and actions towards the continuous improvement of HR related processes.
Requirements: 2-3 years' experience in HR reporting role and in-depth knowledge of HR analytics. General understanding of HR functions and daily HR reporting activities. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Excellent communication skills; both verbally and in writing. Demonstrated ability to produce data, identify information anomalies and determine solutions. Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and working with multiple customers. Ability to navigate HR information management systems to perform analysis and generate reports as needed. Proficient Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and HR Systems.
