Help Desk Technical Support
We are recruiting for a sharp Help Desk Support Technician to join a long standing company witha regional office in the Northern area of Sacramento.
This position will be the first point of contact for technical support issues relating to telephone systems, peripheral equipment, networks and communication systems for internal end users. Candidates with strong customer service skills and who have previously supported Tier 1 troubleshooting of hardware, software, and networking are highly desired. This is a full time temporary to hire position.
REQUIRED SKILLS: 1 year of related Tier 1 technical support experience is required. A+, MCSE, or other certifications, Associate's degree are highly desired. Windows 8-10, Mac OS X and Microsoft Office. Understanding of Active Directory, file servers and Exchange 2013 basic management. Knowledge of Mac and PC hardware, printers, scanners, computer peripherals and mobile devices (iOS, Android).
