Help Desk Specialist - Direct Hire
Auburn, CA | Direct Hire Position
Responsibilities: Tackle first-level help desk issues through tickets or phone and document with in house ticketing system. Identifies, researches and follows up on outstanding requests and ensure timely resolution. Resolves end-user issues, creates accounts, troubleshoots and configures hardware as part of on-boarding process. Supports audio and video equipment in conference rooms. Administers, documents and monitors internal assets to ensure accurate inventory records. Other duties as assigned.
Requirements: 1 yearof related experience is required. A+, MCSE, or other certifications, Associate's degree are highly desired. Windows 7-10, Mac OS X and Microsoft Office. Understanding of Active Directory, file servers and Exchange 2013 basic management. Knowledge of Mac and PC hardware, printers, scanners, computer peripherals and mobile devices (iOS, Android). Client, PC connectivity - Ethernet, TCP/IP and VPN, Wireless.
