Responsibilities: Performs end-to-end HR analytics and reporting services. Creates and Maintains all reporting databases and tables. Works with HRIS as needed to understand HRIS design standards. Measures and analyzes performance of HR business drivers and Key Performance Indicators. Partners with HR Reporting Team Members to deliver HR reporting and analytics services. Measures and analyzes performance against targets and benchmark data per the process defined byHR. Extracts data from multiple HR applications or sources to generate standard and basic ad-hoc reports. Reviews multiple audit/exception reports on a biweekly basis to track and follow up on discrepancies, and ensure data integrity.
Requirements: 3-5 years' experience in related human resources HRIS or HR Analyst role. ABachelor's degree is preferred. Advanced skills in Crystal, Oracle BI, Excel, PowerPoint, Word & Outlook. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to demonstrate good judgement. Excellent attention to detail and error checking abilities. Proficiency in SalesForce, Lawson & Taleo systems preferred. Working Knowledge of MS SQL Server, Access, SSRS, Tableau, Excel, ETC. Advanced typing skills. General understanding of HR functions with in-depth knowledge of HR reporting and analytics. Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking skills. Must be able to clear a criminal background check.
