Responsibilities: Performs end-to-end HR analytics and reporting services. Creates and Maintains all reporting databases and tables. Works with HRIS as needed to understand HRIS design standards. Measures and analyzes performance of HR business drivers and Key Performance Indicators. Partnerswith HR Reporting Team Members to deliver HR reporting and analytics services. Measures and analyzes performance against targets and benchmark data per the process defined by HR. Extracts data from multiple HR applications or sources to generate standard and basic ad-hoc reports. Reviews multiple audit/exception reports on a biweekly basisto track and follow up on discrepancies, and ensure data integrity.
Requirements: 3-5 years' experience in related human resources HRIS or HR Analyst role. A Bachelor's degree is preferred. Proficiency with Crystal Reports and SQL required. Microsoft Office Proficient, advanced with Excel. Experience with Lawson & Taleo systems preferred. Excellent attention to detail and error checking abilities. General understanding of HR functions with in-depth knowledge of HR reporting and analytics. Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Must be able to clear a criminal background check.
