We are recruiting a strategic HR Analyst for a large healthcare organization in Sacramento. The HR Analyst works with the HR systems to generate reports and provide end-to-end HR analytics and reporting. This position measures and analyzes performance of HR business drivers and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to help build a high-performing HR team. The ideal candidate will have HRIS and Recruitment experience.

Responsibilities: Provides HR analytics and reporting services, typically focusing on standard and basic/less complex analytics. Contributes to HR reporting administration by tracking requests and completed reportsto enable analysis of team report volume and to avoid redundant report development. Measures and analyzes performance against targets and benchmark data per the process defined by HR. Schedules recurring reports and notifies the customer that the report has been scheduled. Reviews multiple audit/exception reports on a biweekly basis to track and follow up on discrepancies, and ensure data integrity. Extracts employee data, providing information to third-party vendor for administration of HR related programs. Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting jobs. Contributes ideas and actions towards the continuous improvement of HR related processes. Ensures delivery of business results by meeting or exceeding all individual operating metrics. Creates and conductsmanagement and employee training and presentations. Assists with projects as needed.

Requirements: BA/BS in Business Admin, HR or related field. 2-3 years' experience in HR role. Proficient Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and HR Systems. General understanding of HR functions and daily HR reporting activities. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Excellent communication skills; both verbally and in writing. Demonstratedability to produce data, identify information anomalies and determine solutions. Ability to navigate HR informationmanagement systems to perform analysis and generate reports as needed. Detail oriented and highly accurate. Abilityto maintain confidential information.
