Full Charge Bookkeeper
Greater Sacramento Area, CA
Responsibilities: Prepare bank reconciliations and monthly reconciliations. Accounts payable and receivable. Produce reports: monthly, semi-annually and annually. Process approved accounts payable checks (print, obtain approval signatures & mail). Process payroll, billing, receivables, cash receipts, cash disbursements, and general ledger functions. Scan/copy checks, prepare deposits and document payments into system to appropriate accounts. Ensure that all general ledger accounts are reconciled and recorded on a monthly basis. Other duties as needed.
Requirements: Minimum 3 years professional experience in Bookkeeping, Accounting, Auditing or Finance. Great attention to detail and ability to work in a highly confidential environment. Advanced Excel skills highly desired. Experience with an enterprise accounting is required. Strong verbal and written communication.
