Full Charge Bookkeeper - Direct Hire
Stockton, CA | Direct Hire Position
Responsibilities: Calculate, record, and balance financial reports, including payroll. Work with employees during changes in salaries, benefits, and any additional changes to pay. Prepare bank reconciliations and monthly reconciliations. Accounts payable. Accounts receivable. Perform data entry and administrative duties. Produce reports: monthly, semi-annually and annually. Auditing. Process billing, receivables, cash receipts, cash disbursements, and general ledger functions. Ensure that all general ledger accounts are reconciled and recorded on a monthly basis. Other duties as needed.
Requirements: Minimum 3 years professional experience in Bookkeeping, Accounting, Auditing or Finance. Bachelor's degree preferred. Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a highly confidential environment. Solid QuickBooksand Excel skills required. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Fundamental knowledge of GAAP. Deadline and goal oriented.
