Full Charge Bookkeeper - Direct Hire
Responsibilities: Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable. Respond to vendor and customer inquiries. Post necessary monthly journal entries. Prepare and paymonthly sales tax. Cost of Goods/inventory tracking reports. Update price list changes in templates.
Requirements: 5-10 years' professional experience in Bookkeeping or Accounting. 4 year degree required. Abilityto communicate effectively both orally and in writing. Previous experience with QuickBooks required. Ability to work independently and be a self-starter. Strong organizational skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Proficient computer skills and knowledge of MS Outlook, Word and Excel.
