We have a dynamic career opportunity for a polished Front Desk Project Admin to provide a diverse array of administrative support for a highly collaborative office in Rancho Cordova. This position will be responsible for providing great customer service and performing day to day office support duties. Ideal candidates must have a strong professional demeanor, can think quick on their feet while navigating through changing needs in a fast moving environment. This is a great temp-to-hire opportunity!

Responsibilities: Manage daily front desk operations: answer and route all incoming calls on a multi-line phone system; greet and direct visitors. Maintain calendars/schedules and coordinate as needed. Email correspondence. Order and inventory of office suppliesand maintain office equipment. Respond to general information inquiries with accuracy. Follow established procedures and guidelines for the front desk. Keep the front desk and community areas clean, tidy and presentable. Assist with ad-hoc projects as needed.

Requirements: Three - five years' experience in a diverse administrative role. Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Outlook. Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, with minimal direction. Responsible, reliable, self-starter and independent worker. Effective communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills. High attention to detail.

Pay: $20/hour
