Front Desk Office Coordinator - Direct Hire
Downtown Sac, CA
Responsibilities: Manage daily front desk operations, answer phones; greet and direct visitors. Maintain schedules/office calendars and coordinate as needed. Manage a heavy volume of travel arrangements and corresponding logistics. Email correspondence. Production and editing documents/organizing newsletters; updating changes to the website. Research as needed. Coordinate with Lobbyists regarding political fundraising events. Database management of client lists and office contact lists. Office supplymanagement and procurement; maintain office equipment. Occasionally run errands as needed (deliveries to Capitol, pick up printing, drop off packages etc.)
Requirements: Minimum five years professional office administration. Two year college degree preferred. Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Access as well as WordPress. Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, multi-task and complete projects on time. Responsible, reliable, self-starter and independent worker. Effective communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills. High attention to detail; strong editing skills.
