Responsibilities: Partner with senior leadership in the initiation and execution of corporate development projects to include strategy and M&A. Drive valuation modeling, support deal process and post-deal work. Analyze competitor and industry data to develop strategic insights, drive business decisions. Develop easy-to-understand presentations to communicate findings from analysis. Update regular financial and operational reports, including dashboards, to support decisionmeeting. Support various business initiatives through data analysis, identification of implementation barriers and roll-out of solutions. Develop materials for executive and board meetings. Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements: Minimum 3-5 years Banking, Corp Development, FP&A or Diligence/Strategic Accounting, with deep financial / operational analytical experience. Desire to work in collaborative, fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal skills; demonstrated ability to work with staff at all levels of the organization. Deep understanding of financial models and concepts for value creation. Ability to travel, occasionally overnight. Advanced Microsoft Office. Healthcare background a plus.
