Finance Manager - Direct Hire

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead Financial Analyst staff that performs financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting. Coordinates and leads financial reviews of Request for Proposals (RFP), supervises development of financial models and assumptions used in proposals and new contracts. Coordinates and serves as primary point of contact related to independent, county, state and federal fiscal audit activities. Coordinates and provides leadership in identifying, assessing and implementing enhanced management reporting tools that will result in consistent and automated financial reports. Develops and leads fiscal management reporting activities to ensure consistent, accurate and reliable financial results.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business concentrations. Must have a minimum of seven years prior agency and/or supervisory experience in Accounting/Finance. Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively and independently. Ability to work with, train and coach other team members and experience in a leadership role. Mastery of MS Office Suite, including advanced Excel experience (PivotTables, V-Lookups, and complex formulas). Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
