We have a great career opportunity for an Executive Project Admin to support the Executive Administration and Boardof Directors of a non-profit organization. The Executive Project Admin performs a variety of senior level administrative tasks, including special projects in support to the Executive leadership and board of directors. The ideal candidate will be experienced in a CRM database, coordinated multiple Events and Meeting logistics, and hold a high level of confidentiality and diplomacy. Responsibilities: Provides executive level administrative and project support including but not limited to the following: composes, types, edits, and proofreads a variety of documents; assists in developing agendas; attends meetings; takes, transcribes, and distributes meeting minutes; follows-up with members on after-action items; prepares programs and brochures; formats PowerPoint presentations, etc. Coordinates activities (calendar, travel, logistics, meeting materials, etc.) Coordinates administrative aspects of meetings and attends leadership meetings in order to handle on-site logistics. Maintains accurate records in database through data entry, tracking and audit reports. Assists with agenda preparation and distribution of Association's Executive Committee, Board of Delegate Assembly meetings, as well as committee meetings. Proofreads documents to ensure accuracy of copy, grammar, punctuation, and spelling. Makes revisions and finalizes documents for distribution. Requirements: Five years' experience in project or executive administrative role supporting executive leaders in complex operational tasks and projects. CRM database or similar database experience required. Meeting and Event planning/coordination preferred. Strong business letter writing, report formatting and preparation, data collection, information management, record keeping principles and procedures. Customer service oriented and able to deal with the contractors and all levels of staff. Highly organized and detail oriented. Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
