Executive Personal Assistant

Responsibilities: Calendar meetings and appointments, both personal and business related, and coordinate any pertinent meeting logistics. Coordinate meeting logistics including scheduling, catering, meeting space preparation, and any meeting documentation or materials. Manage ad hoc personal projects, researching based on needs, presenting ideas and executing decisions. Arrange domestic and international travel. Prepare and submit expense reports. Produce correspondence and response letters by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics. General administrative support (filing, mail, copying, preparing reports).
Requirements: 3-5+ years' experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant. Associates Degree preferred. Proficient with MS Office - Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to prepare memos and present information in front of leadership team members. Critical thinking skills and ability to act resourcefully with little direction. Ability to multitask and prioritize efficiently. Must be open to working outside of regular business hours from time-to-time. Experienced in managing Executive Calendars and Scheduling. Highly Organized and Professional. Ability to maintain highly confidential information. Ability to navigate change and adapt with flexibility.
