Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the Executive Office including managing calendars, scheduling, travel arrangements, and any travel logistics. Ensure all travel and transportation arrangements meet exceptional standards. Coordinate meeting logistics, including room reservations, catering, A/V-IT and set up, meeting minutes, and follow-up action items. Assists with agenda preparation, including creatingand distributing presentation materials for Board of Directors meetings and conference calls. Handle expense reporting, including reconciling executive's corporate card account and creating/submitting expense reports. Produce correspondence and proofread documents to ensure accuracy of copy, grammar, punctuation, and spelling. Makes revisions and finalizes documents for distribution. Data entry, tracking and auditing reports. Regularly performs administrative tasks with high degree of initiative and independence, and with great attention to detail on numerous projects.
Requirements: 5+ years' experience as an Executive Assistant. Bachelor's Degree preferred. Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Outlook. Experience with detailed domestic and international travel coordination. Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Outstanding planning, time management, and organizational skills. High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
