We have partnered with a long-standing Sacramento development company who has a great opportunity and opening for an Executive Assistant to a C-Level executive. The ideal candidate is a confident, influential, and efficient Executive Administrative Assistant in managing demanding C-Level Executive(s). Candidates must have strong technical skills and ability to create org charts for multiple teams. Responsibilities: Provides complex administrative support for a Senior Executive and associated department as needed. Responsible for preparing org charts for multiple departments. Responsible for the professional image of external and internal communication including up to date visual and graphical design. Creating communication and presentations form rough ideas to finished products. Manages the executive's schedule, independently resolves problems with the goal of creating time in the executive's schedule. Coordinates calendaring, meetings, providing support by preparing notices, agendas, and minutes. Coordinates travel, accommodation and off-site event arrangements. Coordinates equipment for web and conference meetings, invites appropriate personnel. Facilitates communication of company, project, and reporting policies. Prepares reports or presentations with minimal direction. Composes and/or transcribes letters and other documents as needed.

Requirements: 5-7 year's professional experience as an Executive Assistant to C-Level Executive(s) with a large organization. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience combination of experience and college level education. Advanced technical skills including MS Office and Vizio. Experience preparing org charts required. Independent thinker and self-driven. Excellent Oral and Written Communication. Proven ability to prioritize multiple time sensitive projects, including complex reports and presentations. Experienced in managing complex Executive Calendars and Scheduling.

Pay: $25-$28/hour
