We are recruiting for a highly professional Executive Assistant to join an entrepreneurial company in Roseville. The EA will support two partners of a successful construction company. Our client is looking for someone who is organized with a strong ability to multi-task. Experience in the construction industry is a plus. This is a Monday-Friday, contract to hire opportunity.

Responsibilities: Provide complex administrative support for Executive leadership and associated departments as needed. Coordinate calendaring; schedule meetings, prepare notices, agendas. Arrange for complex logistical and travel needs. Maintain confidential documents, files, and policies or procedures. Prepare reports or presentations with minimal direction; review contracts, compose and/or transcribe letters and other documents as needed. Perform clerical duties such as filing and data entry. Additional projects as assigned.

Requirements: Minimum of 5-10 years' experience supporting C-Level Executive(s). College degree preferred. Advanced MS Office. Outstanding Oral and Written Communication; strong editing skills. Excellent ability to multi-task and manage various concurrent projects. Experienced in managing Executive Calendars and Scheduling. Highly Organized and Professional demeanor. Proven ability to interact with staff in a respectful manner; troubleshooting high pressure situations when needed. Previous Construction experience preferred. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Ability to use good judgement and must be able to clear a background check.
