Responsibilities: Support multiple Senior Executives and associated departments with various administrative needs, including copying/faxing/scanning. Answer calls and respond to emails, resolve inquiries or take messages and distribute messages to the appropriate leader. Calendaring, travel arrangements for the entire team, file management, document/report generation, meeting minutes. Coordinate travel, accommodation and event arrangements. Maintain documents, files, and policies or procedures. Prepares reports or presentations with minimal direction. Composes and/or transcribes letters and other documents as needed. Provide strong customer service to vendors and sub-contractors. Additional duties as assigned.
Requirements: 3-5 year's professional experience asan assistant to Executive(s) within a mid to large size organization. Experienced in managing Outlook calendars andscheduling meetings and appointments. Knowledge of any Project Management Software highly desired. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple time sensitive projects. Previous experience coordinating events and conferences. Highly organized with attention-to-detail.
