We are searching for an Executive Assistant to support a senior leadership team member for an organization in Sacramento. Our client is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant who is highly professional, organized, andpolished. The company offers a relaxed, but professional work environment as well as an outstanding benefit package. This is a contract opportunity.

Responsibilities: Provide complex administrative support fora Senior Executive and various departments as needed. Manage and screen all forms of communication; take messages, distribute and/or handle mail/email. Act as point of contact and resource for staff, visitors, and other departments. Manage calendaring; schedule meetings, prepare notices, agendas. Arrange for complex logistical and travel needs. Maintain confidential documents, files, and policies or procedures. Prepare reports or presentations with minimal direction; compose and/or transcribe letters and other documents as needed. Provide administrative coordination and organization supporting company philanthropic activities. Additional projects as assigned.

Requirements: Minimum of 5 year's professional experience as an Executive Assistant to C-Level Executive(s) with a large organization. College degree preferred. Advanced MS Office - Word, Outlook, Excel and Adobe knowledge required. Outstanding Oral and Written Communication; strong editing skills. Excellent ability to multi-task and manage various concurrent projects. Experienced in managing Executive Calendars and Scheduling. Highly Organized and Professional. Proven ability to interact with staff in a respectful manner; troubleshooting high pressure situations when needed. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
