Executive Assistant - Direct Hire
Responsibilities: General administrative support (filing, mail, copying, preparing reports). Manage calendar for CEO. Arrange domestic and international travel. Prepare and submit expense reports. Arrange meeting logistics; including scheduling, catering, meeting space preparation, and any meeting documentation or materials. Coordinate Board of Director meetings with high confidentiality. Produce correspondence and response letters by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics. Help with coordination of corporate events.
Requirements: 4-5+ years' of Executive Assistant experience to C-Level Executives. Associates Degreepreferred. Microsoft Office Proficient. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to prepare memos and present information in front of leadership team members. Must be able to exercise confidentiality. Critical thinking skills and ability to act resourcefully with little direction. Ability to multitask and prioritize efficiently. Must be open to working outside of regular business hours from time-to-time.
Salary: $75, 000-$85, 000/year.
