Responsibilities: Monitor the delivery schedule in advance of deliver dates to identify any potential issues with on time delivery. Coordinate dispatching with logistics staff, communicating any customer feedback and pertinent updates to internal departments as needed. Manage and follow up on customer inquiries and commitments. Troubleshoot customer inquiries with professionalism and high level of customer service. Assign the appropriate resources to fulfill the customer needs. Document all inquiries, suggestions, or complaints provided by customers. Learn and utilize all internal systems. Suggest process improvements.
Requirements: 3 years' customer service and dispatching experience. High school degree or equivalent required. SAP & Command experience preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point). Bilingual Spanish a plus. Critical thinking and problem solving skills. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
