Our client is an established construction company in Folsom who is looking for a Dispatcher to support their largerNorthern California regional office. The Dispatcher will be responsible for assisting with coordinating delivery logistics as well providing direct support to the Dispatch Manager. Candidates must be critical thinkers who can help analyze the delivery schedule for improvements and make suggestions. Strong customer service with both internal and external clients is a must. This position is starting as a temporary opportunity, but with potential to be long term and temp-to-hire.

Responsibilities: Monitor the delivery schedule in advance of deliver dates to identify any potential issues with on time delivery. Coordinate dispatching with logistics staff, communicating any customer feedback and pertinent updates to internal departments as needed. Manage and follow up on customer inquiries and commitments. Troubleshoot customer inquiries with professionalism and high level of customer service. Assign the appropriate resources to fulfill the customer needs. Document all inquiries, suggestions, or complaints provided by customers. Learn and utilize all internal systems. Suggest process improvements.

Requirements: 3 years' customer service and dispatching experience. High school degree or equivalent required. SAP & Command experience preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point). Bilingual Spanish a plus. Critical thinking and problem solving skills. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

Pay: $20/hour
