A medical device manufacturing company has an opportunity for a Director of Manufacturing Operations experienced inoverseeing Production and Warehouse operations. This is a great opportunity for a strong leader who thrives in motivating and developing a successful team across multiple departments. Candidates must have QAD implementation experience.

Responsibilities: Drive improvement in metrics in key areas of responsibility for manufacturing operations. Provides leadership for the operations team which includes production, planning, shipping, receiving, stockroom, Develops and tracks metrics for monitoring customer satisfaction and operational performance including on time delivery (OTD), and staff performance metrics. Coordinates the transfer of new products from R&D to internal manufacturing. Master Scheduling Management of the ERP system including supply planning to meet future demand forecast and needs. Develops or revises standard operational and working practices and observes workers to ensure compliance with standards. Ensures personnel adhere to Company policies and procedures, manufacturing safety rules and employee rules of conduct. Manage personnel resources including hiring, training, and development to effectively support all responsible operations while keeping employees motivated. Ableto motivate employees to achieve results. Must be an effective communicator, capable of teaching and generating results while enhancing the company work environment and supporting the Company philosophy. Interacting with customers to ensure highest quality service possible is delivered. Develops or revises standard operational and working practices and observes workers to ensure compliance with standards. Prepares and conducts training and informational presentations on improvement opportunities. Create and execute MPS objectives; meet MPS commitments and work within the guidelines of MPS.

Requirements: 10-15 years' experience in high tech Manufacturing Operations Management, with emphasis in effective team building, management and communication. Medical Device Manufacturing Leadership highly preferred. BA Degree in Engineering or related field required, Maste
