The Director of Human Resources is directly responsible for the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of the human resource and talent function. My client is seeking for a well-rounded HR executive to join the leadership team to help build their organization build a world-class people organization. Reporting to a highlyaccomplished leader with high EQ, you'll be excited about overseeing a broad set of people-focused initiatives thatembody our client's core values and ensure that their exceptional team members can perform their best work.

Responsibilities: You will use your strategic, hands-on experience where you can successfully build and lead a high performing People Ops organization. Ensure that the leaders are recruiting and retaining top talent. Ensure that our client is in compliance with the law pertaining to the specific location. Play a key role in helping to shape the organization's culture across multiple locations (Global and multi-state). Oversee the entire employee experience including onboarding, employee relations, performance management, staffing strategy and more. Leads the design, development, and rollout of global and regional HR programs and best practices a consultative approach and be a business partner to the executive org; serve on the executive team. Cost-benefit andworkforce and succession analysis/planning. Oversee all People & Culture related programming that makes the organization an amazing place to work. Report to the executive team on key metrics.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree required, Masters in HR, Business Management or Communication highly preferred. SPHR certification preferred. 10+ years of experience in Human Resources and 5+ years managing HR team as well as dispersed, global team. A track record of scaling high growth startup. Strong Organizational Development background. Prior experience with creation and execution of a culture that employees are inspired by and proud of. Has designed frameworks and systems (total rewards, HRMS, talent management, etc.). Served as a member of a senior executive team. Employee and manager development experience. Confident, professional, and effective communicator.
