Director of Business Development - Direct Hire
Responsibilities: Periodic reporting related to salesand performance versus forecasts by region, customer and product. Requires strong interaction with the sales team and distributor to understand causes of variances and the ability to package findings into digestible content for the team. Create pricing structure and present in simple format to sales and executive team. Develop, maintain and disseminate price sheets, sell sheets, POS and collateral. Identify trends in financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement. Develop and manage cost controls, budget approval processes. Manage data, reporting and analysis within the CRM - Salesforce.Com. Periodic financial reporting and analysis.
Requirements: 5 years related business experience in areas such as Business Development in a manufacturing environment, Purchasing, or Production. Bachelor's Degree required; MBA highly preferred. CPA or CPM is a plus. Analytics experience required. Advanced Excel required. Ability to analyze, and interpret complex reporting. Strong leadership experience. Ability to implement process improvements and work under aggressive deadlines. Strongcommunication, presentation and PowerPoint skills.
