Director Logistics and Sales Operations- Direct Hire
Responsibilities: Manage and own the Order Cycle process, from order placement to invoicing. Supervise the set-up, reporting, and payment of all Sales related accruals, rebates, and discounts. Responsible for consistency and alignment with all processes across NorthAmerica to support continuous improvement, system automation, accuracy, and resource allocation. Represent CustomerService on projects and initiatives impacting the business. Train staff on systems and processes relating to the Order Cycle process. Oversee training and use of SAP Sales and Distribution modules from definition, documentation and execution through to sales reporting. Develop and enhance online web portal as the industry leading interface with customers. Devise and carrying out periodic customer satisfaction surveys and focus groups in support of continuous functional improvement. Ensure professional and efficient communications (written, verbal, etc.) betweenCSR group and various internal and external stakeholders. Oversee Safety program.
Requirements: Minimum 5 years' experience in a Leadership role. Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce or Finance required. CPA, CFA, CMA, EA, CIA, CISA, CFE preferred. Ability to shift between high level strategies and detailed transactions with an understanding of the impacts and interactions. Proven experience maintaining highly effective customer and inter-personal relationships. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Advanced knowledge of SAP. Solid Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
